When it opened in 1997, Club Chinois revolutionised modern Chinese cuisine in Singapore — and it hasn’t lost its magic since. Highlighting the best of French and Chinese ingredients, the menu is bursting with award-winning dishes like pan-fried tea smoked scallops and braised abalone with black truffle. Even the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences in New York has taken notice. They gave Club Chinois the International Star Diamond Award earlier this year, putting the restaurant on par with big names like Spain’s El Bulli.
