Kedma Cosmetics: Revolutionizing Your Hand and Food Care Routine

Just like our face and skin, our feet and hands require the same amount of care and moisture. However, with all the focus of face skin care, it’s easy to ignore the importance of having exclusively for these parts of our body. Luckily, it isn’t too late to take care of your hands and feet.

You can still do something to enjoy a healthy and beautiful touch. For this, allow me to share my very own foot and hand care regimen. To give you an idea of how I look after them, here’s my four-step routine.

1. Soak and Bath

My routine starts off with a soothing bath. I soak my hands and feet for a good 15 to 20 minutes in warm water mixed with salt and essential oils. Although some include vinegar, tea, and even honey to the mixture, I keep mine simple as these elements are more than enough to treat my feet and hands.

Other than it’s relaxing and soothing effect, this process helps in softening the callouses, cuticles, and nails. It’s an essential preparation your skin needs before it undergoes to a complete cleansing, exfoliation and massage treatment.

2. Cleanse and Scrub

The concept of cleansing goes way more than just simply washing your hands with soap and water. It involves scrubbing and exfoliation to get rid of dead skin cells and provide total cleansing. For this step, I use the nourishing Foot Scrub and Vanilla Dead Sea Salt Scrub from Kedma Cosmetics in the Philippines.

Although many people may argue that there are much cheaper salt scrubs, I prefer cleansing with these products because of its hydrating effect. As compared to other cleansers and scrubs, it’s milder and softer on my hands and feet preventing the possibility of dryness.

3. Moisturize and Soften

Right after cleansing and scrubbing, the next thing you must do is to moisturize them. Now, you will need a nourishing and rich lotion to achieve the right amount of moisture your skin needs. For this step, I highly recommend Kedma Cosmetics’ Hand & Foot Cream because they do more than just moisturize.

It also has the ability to soften skin to give a silky-smooth finish afterward. Many of you might argue that there is a hand and foot lotion that provides the same result, I can say that they’re not as effective and as satisfying as Kedma Cosmetics.

4. Massage and Rest

Lastly, once you are done moisturizing your hands and feet, be sure you treat it to a relaxing massage. This activity could stimulate some of your body’s pressure point to improve the condition of your muscles and nerves in this area.

It also balances the energy on your body which could reduce the amount of stress you’ll experience. If you feel any pain or hurt in these areas, massage can improve your condition and make you feel a lot better. In other words, it fastens your body’s recovery from all the tension and stress.

Always remember that hand and foot care is as necessary as any skincare routine you have. This is why you need to make an effort to look after it. These four-step hand and foot care regimen is nothing if you compare it with the number of benefits you can enjoy when you care enough about them, so be sure you do.
